Service

We are happy to diagnose and repair most Apple computers and a range of peripherals, such as printers and scanners, regardless of make and age. Through our contacts we have access to most Apple parts including some of the older and more obscure models.

SOS maintenance agreements cater for customers that rely on their machines for specific deadline critical operations and consequently prefer to have peace of mind in knowing that with just one telephone call their equipment is covered by a parts and labour maintenance contract with a guaranteed call-out time. We can often also guarantee loan equipment should a repair take longer than expected.

Of course in addition to this we can offer our standard ad-hoc service either on-site or in our workshop and we will still endeavour to have you up-and-running as soon as possible.

Technical Support

We pride ourselves in our ability, gained from many years extensive experience, in getting to the bottom of all of your technical, system and software problems quickly and efficiently, and to have you back up and running in the shortest time possible with the minimum of fuss or inconvenience.

We are usually able to diagnose most problems over the ‘phone and often solve them without the need for a call to your premises. However, there are times when this is not possible or convenient so with this in mind we offer an on-site or workshop repair facility.

If you don’t have the time or inclination to get involved with cabling, peripherals, terminators, transceivers, hubs and switches etc, then use our installation service.

Although we sell new and second user equipment and are usually competitive, we are not bothered if you bought from elsewhere. If you managed to pick up a good deal from somewhere but don’t fancy the task of unboxing, plugging in, configuring and integrating with your current equipment give us a call, we’re very happy to do the ‘dirty work’ for you. and have many years of experience of just such work..
